Vietnamese is claimed to be one of the healthiest cuisines in the world, and it's easy to see why. Packed full of fresh and vibrant flavours, from soya sauce, and chilli to fresh herbs and crunchy vegetables, it is both colourful and full of texture. In this course we will take you on a journey to excite and tantalise your taste buds with innovative dishes such as fragrant broths called Pho and summer rolls with fiery dips, dishes are often light and refreshing.

Pho - a traditional Vietnamese broth consisting of a deeply flavoured vegetable stock we will learn to make from scratch, laced with fresh veg fresh, rice noodles and herbs - a meal in itself!
