Very good scales . I knocked one star off because of the useless instructions that came with it. It is a sheet of paper titled "User Manual " but is very confusing. It states the scales need 2 x AAA batteries and that the Rate capacity is 5g to 1kg. After reading it I thought I would be returning them but they are rechargeable, don't require batteries and do weigh up to 10 kg. The instructions also state the scales must be used in the vertical position!
I absolutely love these bowls. Bought 3 to make up a set, all the colours are beautiful and as a family we use them all the time.
Started using as soon as it arrived, bought the flat one and the deep one.
Heat transfer and control is superb, look brilliant and easy to clean.

I ordered this dish, but it arrived damaged. I have contacted season to arrange a replacement or refund, but have had no reply and not engagement. Very disappointed with what i thought was a consumer-focussed company. Have been waiting several weeks now. Is this the kind f company that takes your money and dashes without a trace?

Bought as emergency replacement for a very old digital scale that became unreliable at a crucial moment. Popped round to Season just before closing. They were unpacking a huge order but the assistant stopped to help me, very knowledgeable and no hard sell. I chose this one because it is USB rechargeable and a neutral colour. He took a few minutes to check it over and explained how it works (pretty intuitive but good to have a quick tutorial). A couple of weeks on I'm very happy with this product. No hard to clean areas, accurate and well designed. 10 / 10 for customer service too, thank you.
