expensive just what i was looking for, -only had a few weeks but seem robust and fine after dishwasher use.
Very pleased with the look of the natural wood. The surfaces are not perfectly flat, but I can accept that. The grooved surfaces are quite rough. You notice this if you use a paper towel to rub in the oil.
I have only had it a couple of weeks but it’s great. Top quality. The lady in the shop was super helpful and friendly, I just wondered in there on a Saturday morning and had a great chat with her. Would recommend giving the West Hampstead store a visit if you can

I have an Epicurean board and wanted to get something similar. This is better than the Epicurean! The rubber feet help keeps the board stable on the counter top. I use this as my main board now instead of my Epicurean. For those wanting an alternative to plastic (microplastics) or wood (high maintenance), this is a great option.
Absolutely no complaints or ‘How to improve’ suggestions. All three knives are a crackin addition to the kitchen. Very happy with the resilience’s and performance with no need to sharpen them even once yet. Love them.
