Royal Mail 48 is Royal Mail’s 2-working-day service. Delays are occasionally longer at busy times.
How delivery works
We ship across the UK. In-stock orders placed before 12pm go out the same day for next working day delivery with DPD or FedEx, who text a one hour window on the morning of delivery.
Next working day means orders sent on Friday arrive Monday. Weekend orders are sent on Monday and arrive Tuesday.
Larger orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Pre-order items show an estimated lead time on the product page.

Returns
Changed your mind? You have 30 days. As long as the item is unused, as new and in its original packaging, we will exchange it or refund you in full. There are three ways to send it back.
- Post it back yourself
- Any carrier you like, at your own cost.
- Our courier collects
- £7, deducted from your refund.
- Bring it to a shop
- Any of our four London shops, no packaging or paperwork needed.
Damaged or defective
Have a look at your order when it arrives. Tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or faulty, quoting your order number - a photo usually speeds things up. We cover the return cost, and you choose what happens next.

After 30 days
Faults that appear later are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will handle the claim for you. We make much of what we sell and we stand behind all of it, so contact us either way.
