I grew up in central India with my Mother's amazing food, with what I love to eat and cook broadening since moving to London. A complete dessert fiend, I am rather partial to cheesecake, but for those with a sweet tooth, you cannot beat Gulab jamun - like little doughnuts with cardamom, steeped in rose and saffron syrup!

I learnt a lot growing up from my grandmother in Norfolk - an amazing cook. Later in life, I lived in Hong Kong for a year, and fell madly in love with Asian food, with a particular soft spot for Vietnamese. I love to cook Pho - a good beef broth with star anise is my idea of heaven.

Luka

I grew up in Austria, and also explored the food of the Balkans. Upon starting university, my tastes started diversifying wildly! Middle Eastern, South East Asian foods are a particular favourite (Thai curry paste must be made from scratch!), and for comfort, I love to cook Sarma - stuffed cabbage rolls - perfect for a rainy London day! We love giving advice on all things cookware related, but I also love learning - baking is my current challenge!
