If you are looking for a cuisine where dishes are laced with coconut and warm aromatics, this is the course for you, all dishes hinge on mustard leaves or seeds but coconut and colour make this cuisine magical and enticing.

- Aubergine rasavangi - Spicy, tamarind based dish with aubergines and lentils
- Green bean thoran - A delicious side dish to accompany the curry
- Beet pachadi - Very vibrant dish with beetroot, yogurt, spices and coconut

- Lemon and mustard seed infused basmati rice
Please bring some medium sized Tupperware to bring home any leftover food. (Or buy from the store)
