Crispy on the outside, yet perfectly tender inside, these sprouts are pan-fried to golden perfection. Infused with a zesty lemon kick, a touch of spicy chilli, and a hint of sweetness from honey.

Ingredients


Brussel sprouts 500g

Lemon juice: 30ml

Chilli flakes : 1tsp

Honey: 1 tbs

Salt : to taste



Method


Cut the Brussels sprouts in half.


Blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes.


Drain and allow them to dry.


Heat a frying pan with oil. Add the Brussels sprouts to the frying pan and toss well. Pan-fry until golden.


Add lemon juice, honey, and chilli flakes.


Season with salt and toss everything together before serving. Enjoy!
