Discover the vibrant flavours of Thailand in our hands-on cooking class, where you'll learn to craft an authentic red curry from scratch. Guided by an experienced instructor, you’ll explore the essential techniques and traditional ingredients that bring this iconic dish to life. We’ll also prepare Pad Krapow, a fragrant Thai basil stir-fry with bold savoury flavours. To complete the meal, you’ll master steamed jasmine rice, the perfect accompaniment to your Thai feast.

Red Curry with Chicken or Tofu - A rich and aromatic red curry made from scratch, featuring tender chicken or tofu, fresh vegetables, and a creamy coconut base.

Pad Krapow (Thai Basil Stir-Fry) – A bold and savoury stir-fry with minced pork, Thai basil, garlic, chilli, and a savoury umami-rich sauce, served with steamed jasmine rice.

Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).
(As standard, Next Day means next working day, so goods sent on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.
Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.
