The very large frying surface and extra high sides of the Scanpan TechnIQ The Giant Braiser 30cm Saute Pan make it large enough to accommodate stews and other big batches of food. The extra high walls help trap heat for even cooking and superior braising. Also ideal for Sauteing, braising and simmering. And baking - the pan is oven safe up to 260°C.
Use the optional Scanpan TechnIQ Frying Basket to deep fry fish, onion rings etc. and for boiling ravioli and tortellini.
Use with the optional Scanpan TechnIQ Glass Lid for braising, simmering, etc.
The Stratanium+ professional grade nonstick is probably the most durable there is and easy to clean.

Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.
Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.
