Wontons are one of the most comforting and versatile dishes in Chinese cooking—and mastering them is easier than you think! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create flavour-packed pork and prawn fillings, shape wontons in traditional way, and cook them two irresistible ways. We’ll also dive into the secrets of building a fragrant broth and making a Sichuan-style sauce that makes these dumplings truly unforgettable.

Classic Wontons in Fragrant Broth – Delicate wontons filled with a savoury pork and prawn mixture, simmered in a light, aromatic broth with fresh greens.

Sichuan Spicy Wontons – Tender, juicy wontons drenched in a fiery, aromatic chilli oil “secret sauce” that’s spicy, tangy, and irresistibly moreish.
Class can be adapted for vegetarians - please just say so on the notes at the checkout.
Please bring some medium sized Tupperware to bring home any leftover food. (Or buy from the store)

Growing up in a family-run Chinese-Korean restaurant and a home where traditional cooking was a daily ritual, she developed expertise in authentic techniques from an early age. With years of experience in hands-on cooking and teaching, she is passionate about sharing the flavours, methods, and cultural significance behind each dish.

Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).
(As standard, Next Day means next working day, so goods sent on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.
Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.
