The Global GS-38 Paring Knife is a beautiful little paring knife useful for lots of little tasks in the kitchen. The hollow handle has an ergonomic shape making this little knife comfortable to handle. The GS Series is Global's range of small and medium sized knives and encompass everything from cook's knives to tweezers and spatulas. All GS knives are made with their Chromova18 stainless steel. Knives cannot be sold to any person under the age of 18. When you place an order with us, you are confirming that you are 18 or older. Sometimes we may ask for proof of identification.

We currently only ship within the UK
Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).
(As standard, Next Day means next working day, so goods sent on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.

Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.
