The Cast iron range is a favourite amongst our cooks and chefs for its versatility. The Lodge Round Skillet is perfect for searing steaks, asparagus, etc at high temperatures, use it in the oven, under the grill without worrying about damaging a non-stick coating.
From deeply flavoured casseroles, pasta bakes and fruit crumbles, we use a cast iron casserole to bake bread in - it works beautifully.
