The saucepan you will use every day: sauces, rice, porridge, custard, vegetables. Tri-ply construction: stainless steel bonded around an aluminium core that runs up the sides, so heat spreads evenly and nothing catches at the edges. Season Tri-Ply is fully clad, which is what stops milk and sauces catching on the bottom.

Three questions people ask
Which size? 16cm for one or two, sauces and milk; 18cm the everyday pan; 20cm for rice, pasta for two and vegetables. Most kitchens need two. More in which saucepans do I need?.
Why does milk catch in some saucepans? Thin bases get hot spots. A fully clad tri-ply pan like this one spreads heat across the base and up the sides, so it heats gently and evenly.

Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.

Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.

The Season Saucepan is built from three bonded layers of stainless steel with an aluminium core that runs all the way up the sides, not just the base, so heat spreads evenly and sauces don't catch at the edges. It will last a lifetime, shrugs off metal utensils and the dishwasher, and works on every hob type including induction.
