This silicone classic Pastry Brush is a flexible and hygienic alternative to traditional brushes. With its extra-long bristles, it holds more oil and is suitable for various cooking tasks. The silicone is non-stick, easy clean, doesn't absorb flavours or odours and doesn't discolour. We use it all the time with our Griddle Pan - perfect for basting flavour that has slipped between the grooves!
