The three knives that do almost everything: the S4 21cm Chef's Knife, 23cm Bread Knife and 9cm Paring Knife. 67-layer Damascus steel forged around a 10CR core, hardened to 61 HRC. Full tang, triple-riveted rosewood handle, so it feels solid and sturdy in the hand: kitchen knives do not get much tougher.

Three questions people ask
Is three knives enough? For most kitchens, yes. A chef's knife does the prep, the paring knife the small jobs, the bread knife the loaf. See what kitchen knives do I actually need?.
Is it cheaper than buying them separately? Yes. Bought separately the three cost £255; the set is £200.
How do I keep it sharp? Hone it often and sharpen it on a whetstone two or three times a year. The Season Whetstone (1000 and 6000 grit, £35) does both jobs.

Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).
(As standard, Next Day means next working day, so goods sent on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.
Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.
