Absolutely no complaints or ‘How to improve’ suggestions. All three knives are a crackin addition to the kitchen. Very happy with the resilience’s and performance with no need to sharpen them even once yet. Love them.

A Brilliant knife and certainly looks the part too, i slice tomatoes3mm with ease, I have used a very fine whetstone on two occasions just to bring the edge back. The knife feels well balanced and solid, the only drawback is it is too pretty and I am afraid to scratch it.
