Something wrong with your order

If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, email hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what's happened. A photo helps. We'll arrange the return and cover the cost.

Changed your mind

Unwanted items can come back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and choose how to return it:

• Bring it to any of our four London shops
• Post it back yourself
• Use our courier — £7, deducted from your refund
