The Robert Welch Signature Cooks Knife is massively versatile; the perfect balance from the full tang construction and ergonomically designed handle make slicing, dicing and chopping a joy. The curved blade can be used with a rocking motion to chop herbs and smaller ingredients. The fully forged German stainless steel holds its edge, and is easy to maintain.
