Middle Eastern food is built to be eaten together rather than in courses. The falafel and the koftas are rich; the amba, the muhammara and the sumac dressing are what cut through them. You take a bit of everything, in no particular order, and keep going back.
You'll fry falafel from soaked raw chickpeas, not cooked ones - the difference between a crisp shell and a dense one - and make amba from scratch, a mango pickle that reached Iraq from India along the same trade routes as everything else in the store cupboard.
Classes are capped at ten. We cook, then sit down and eat what we've made. The wine is included.

- Falafel - chickpea and herb fritters, fried to order
- Spiced lamb koftas, cooked over high heat
- Muhammara - red pepper and walnut dip with pomegranate molasses and olive oil
- Amba - a sour, gently spiced mango sauce
- Fattoush - chopped vegetables, herbs and toasted flatbread with a lemon and sumac dressing
Bring a medium-sized container for leftovers, or buy one here.

Cancellation: with more than a week's notice you can move to another class or take a full refund. Inside a week we can't offer a refund.

Something wrong with your order
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, email hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what's happened. A photo helps. We'll arrange the return and cover the cost.
Changed your mind
Unwanted items can come back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and choose how to return it:
