Featuring a 20cm blade, this is one of Microplane's most superior graters, merging many of the best qualities from their fine grater ranges into one tool. The length of this grater allows for longer grating motions, with a soft-grip handle and an anti-scratch base this will grate the hardest parmesan and efficiently zest a room temperature lemon. With an additional and reusable protective cover, the surgical grade steel blade can be placed in a utensil draw or hung by the hole in the handle for worry-free storage solutions.
