Lodge Pancake Pan 27cm
Very happy with my cast iron pan.
Wonderful for making pancakes!
This pan is a replacement for my Teflon pan as I was bothered by the reports about its toxic materials. It’s heavier (obviously!) but in many ways a lot easier to use. Do spend time taking care of it after every use - it doesn’t take long. Let it cool down, then run it under hot water with a scouring cloth and NO washing up liquid. I put it back on the stove on a low heat (gas) and pour a teaspoon of oil on, leave it for five minutes, turn the stove off and wipe the oil with a kitchen cloth. Not even my liver and onions or scrambled egg stick! Considering get one with higher sides too.
