If you want a super-sharp Utility knife based on authentic Japanese design principles, The Kai Wasabi Utility Knife is easily the best we have found of the entry-level designs. The single edge blade is made from high quality stainless steel that will keep its edge longer than most at the price. The Ergonomically designed black handle, made from bamboo powder and polypropylene, has natural anti-bacterial properties.
