A cook's spoon for stirring and serving, with a handle rigid and long enough to reach the bottom of a deep pan without your knuckles meeting the steam.
The bowl has 10, 20 and 40ml markings inside it. Recipes were written in spoonfuls long before they were written in millilitres, and this one works either way - measure the vinegar, then stir the pan with the same spoon.
Silicone to 250°C, so it can rest in the pan while a sauce reduces.
