First, inset the garlic clove in the silicone peeler and roll the peeler on your shopping board under your hand, pressing down gently to peel. Tidy away the peel, then simply press/roll the Garlic Crush over your peeled cloves of garlic for perfectly crushed garlic. Comes with a little cleaning brush.
