Absolutely love this knife....it was very very sharp on arrival...came in a very safe presentation box...it is very well balanced knife and handles very well in my hand...chops fresh herbs in a flash.....chops vegetables with ease. It cuts through both raw and cooked meats easily..so far it has kept its sharp edge.but thinking about ordering a Wusthof sharpener

What's there to say? It's a knife and it's German. Apart from "delicate" Japanese knives there's NOTHING better (than German/Japanese knives) full stop.

Bought as a present - brother likes it and uses it a lot.

Expensive but worth it. High quality kitchen knife. Certainly a must-have in every kitchen. Delivered promptly. Pleased with the purchase.

These are bought for a Christmas present, BUT a request from a daughter who checks the market first, indicates a brilliant product. 'Seasons' were also extremely helpful with advice. Very Happy.
