These steel platform Season Kitchen Scales have a capacity of 5kg. As well as solid ingredients, you can accurately weigh/tare the volume of fluids (ml) from the large LCD display. The weighing surface is made from hygienic, stainless steel, with no spaces for flour/dirt to get stuck in.
