This heavy duty professional cook's blowtorch is ideal for creating finishing touches to a variety of dishes and desserts. It can be used to skin tomatoes and peppers, caramelise sugar toppings, brown meringues and crisp joints of meat. This blowtorch has a chrome effect non-slip secure grip metal body, piezo trigger ignition, safety lock, detachable stand and large refillable cylinder. The flame can be adjusted for safe use and works at all angles. Suitable for use with the Mastrad Gas Refill.
