Orders over £40 — Free, next day (DPD/FedEx)
Orders £10 to £40 — £3.50, Royal Mail 48
Orders under £10 — £5, Royal Mail 48
UPGRADES AND OTHER DESTINATIONS
Next day on any order under £40 — £5
Saturday delivery — £25
Northern Ireland — £15, any order value
Next day means next working day, so Friday orders arrive Monday. Order before 12pm. If next day doesn't suit, name a weekday in Notes at checkout.
Something wrong with your order
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, email hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what's happened. A photo helps. We'll arrange the return and cover the cost.
Changed your mind
Unwanted items can come back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as they're unused and in their original packaging. Email us with your order number and choose how to return it:

- Use our courier — £7, deducted from your refund
