The Kai Wasabi Santoku gives a real flavour of high end Japanese design at a great price, and is the perfect kitchen all-rounder. The single edge blade is made from high quality stainless steel that will keep its edge longer than most at the price, and has a straighter edge than the Western style Chef's knives, for more of an up and down chopping motion. The comfortable black handle, made from bamboo powder and polypropylene, has natural anti-bacterial properties.
