Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.
Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.

Built for anything you cook thin
The low sides are the point: a spatula gets under the food at any angle, and flipping becomes easy rather than a gamble. Crepes, pancakes, flatbreads, dosas, quesadillas - anything that wants a flat, open surface to move around on.
Ready straight away
It arrives pre-seasoned - dipped in oil and baked at the factory - so you can cook on it from day one. Like all bare cast iron, the surface improves the more you use it, and cast iron holds its heat, so the third pancake browns like the first.
Looking after it
Ninety seconds after each use
Cast iron asks ninety seconds of you after each use. Rinse in warm water, dry it thoroughly, wipe over a little oil before it goes away. That's it - and the pan will outlast most things in your kitchen.
