The Season Cast Iron Frying pan is ready to use straight out of the box, the pan is dipped in oil and seasoned at the factory. Whether you're searing, frying, baking, or grilling, this pan ensures consistently perfect results every time.
- Suitable for all hobs, including induction, and can be used in the oven, on the grill, or over a barbecue
- Built to withstand high heat and heavy use
- Mess-free pouring spouts from either side
- Suitable for use with metal, wood, or silicone utensils
- Not dishwasher safe. Hand wash with warm water recommended

We currently only ship within the UK
Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).
(As standard, Next Day means next working day, so goods sent on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.

Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.

Are there any heavy metals in these pans?
Season Cast Iron pans have been tested for 24 of the most common heavy metals (including the most toxic: lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic) and no traces have been found.
Cast iron isn’t pure iron—it’s an alloy, rich in carbon and silicon, which gives it durability, heat retention, and castability. These elements are essential to both the manufacturing process and the way the pan performs in the kitchen. Other elements like phosphorus and sulfur are also typically present as natural impurities.
Cast iron is widely regarded as a safe and reliable material for cookware. But if you’re looking to avoid trace elements altogether, our Season Tri-Ply Stainless Steel range is a strong alternative. Just note that, unlike cast iron, it won’t develop a seasoned non-stick surface over time.
