Fabricado con acero alemán de la más alta calidad, procedente de Solingen (Alemania), el Classic tiene un diseño sin concesiones, es un placer usarlo y durará toda la vida.

Absolutely love this knife....it was very very sharp on arrival...came in a very safe presentation box...it is very well balanced knife and handles very well in my hand...chops fresh herbs in a flash.....chops vegetables with ease. It cuts through both raw and cooked meats easily..so far it has kept its sharp edge.but thinking about ordering a Wusthof sharpener

Do these knives come with a cover to protect the blade?

Hello, the knives don't come with a blade cover, however, we can offer Wusthof Magnetic Blade Guard separately.

Is the quoted length the blade length or full length of the handle?

Hello, The length quoted is the blade length, for example for the 16cm, the blade is 16cm and the handle is 11.2cm. I hope this helps.
