Learning pasta from scratch is always worth the effort, it’s light and delicious. The list of pasta shapes is endless and, on this course, we will cover a varied selection and create some delicious sauces to accompany. We will also make a Pangritata, that will add another textured layer to your finished pasta dish.Â
SAMPLE MENU:Â
Filled pasta - using a base filling of ricotta, spinach and lemon zest, you will learn to make the following shapes:
Candy and cappellacci - with a matching tomato pomodoro and basil sauce.Â
Taglierini and tagliatelle - cooked with a courgette carbonara with mint and lemon zest.
Pangritata - a crisp topping made of breadcrumbs, herbs and lemon zest.Â
Please bring some medium sized Tupperware to bring home any leftover food. (Or buy from the store)

Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).
(As standard, Next Day means next working day, so goods sent on Friday will arrive on Monday)

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.

Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.
