Our preferred couriers DPD will notify you of a one hour time slot on the morning of delivery. If next day delivery (for orders placed before 12pm) does not suit, simply choose a convenient weekday by entering it in Notes at the checkout. Saturday and Sunday delivery are also available for a reasonable
charge (see below for prices).

Returns of incorrect, damaged or defective items
Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and what the issue is (a picture sometimes helps where appropriate) and we will help arrange the return of any items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. We will cover our courier cost.
Returns of unwanted items
Unwanted items can be returned to us within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, so long as they are unused and as new, complete with original packaging. Please contact us on hello@seasoncookshop.co.uk with your order number and we will either provide you with return details for you to send it back to or help you send it back using our courier service. The cost of the latter is £7.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, we can arrange for your order to be returned to one of our London stores.

The set
Three saucepans, one construction: bonded layers of stainless steel with an aluminium core that runs all the way up the sides, not just the base, so heat spreads evenly and sauces don't catch at the edges. Each pan will last a lifetime, shrugs off metal utensils and the dishwasher, and works on every hob type including induction.
The three sizes cover most of what a hob gets asked to do. The 16cm for sauces, custards and warming milk. The 18cm for vegetables, grains and soup for two. The 20cm for pasta, potatoes and anything in quantity.

We used it to make the coconut rice pudding in our Rum Spiced Pineapple. Milk and rice punish uneven heat, the bottom catches long before the top is done. The Tri-Ply holds a bare simmer for half an hour without scorching.
