Homemade Pasta and Sauces | Date TBC 6.30pm | 2.5 hours | Crouch End
On this course we show you how to create a number of filled pasta shapes with tantalising sauces to match. You will learn, from scratch, how to make, roll and cut pasta shapes. We will also make flavourful fillings, that are both seasonal and packed full of flavour.
Sample Menu :
Tortellini/Cappellaci filled with butternut squash and matched with a rich butter and sage sauce.
Ravioli filled spinach and ricotta, matched with a decadent Pomadoro sauce, made with tomato and basil. This saucecan be usedfor many other dishes.
Please bring some medium sized Tupperware to bring home any leftover food. (Can be purchased from the store)
